Miss Delaware...USA...

This is just a short post on a recent session and future competition. This is Carrie and possibly the next Miss Delaware. Or, the next Miss Delaware USA. I didn't realize it, but there are two similar titles from two different organizations. I'm reasonably sure that she is competing for Miss Delaware USA. In any case - good luck Carrie!
